To understand customer needs whilst aligning to BT and Channel Strategy to move to new IP products (Broadband, BTnet and SDWAN etc) for our SME customers and BTLB partners. Responsible for working alongside BT Local Businesses to coach and create, develop and close sales through sustained prospecting and activity (Third Party Sales Management capabilities). Be an advocate for BT Sales methodology to build rapport and establish long lasting relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor. In addition, Specialists are responsible for driving Acquisition sales to support market share growth.What you''ll be doing

Achieves 100% or more of product set target aligned to territory using Sales methodology and sales plans.You lead the review, analysis and interpretation of sales trends across their applicable product pillars for ensuring the delivery of sales and commercial KPIs. You set up and implement the commercial levers that will drive and optimise these KPIs to maximise sales performance and take corrective actions.Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the SME market, including industry, competitors and telecoms and internal activities (and guide others to do the same) to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and implemented appropriately contributing to the wider Field Sales Strategy.Sales management and coaching capability with regard multiple to complex stakeholder management skills. Including: - Customer - varying customer size and complexity - BTLB - MD''s, sales teams, field sales, desk opps - BT - PSM, Specialist peers, Trading, Commercial, Propositions, Product, Marketing. - Technical knowledge on specific products and servicesBe an exemplar for BT system usage and drive the right behaviours of SF.com usage within BTLBsWith over 175 years of heritage, BT is now the flagship business brand of BT Group.
