Painter

This Painter role offers opportunities to develop your skills across residential and commercial sites.

The Role

• Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure a high-quality finish
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Work closely with the Site Supervisor and wider trades team on daily tasks and timelines
• Maintain tools, follow health and safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organised
• Read job specifications and ensure work meets client and company standards

We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a painter or decorator, or strong practical skills with a willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, consistent finish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation techniques
• CSCS card
