We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Head of Sales

to lead the UK sales function for our

industrial and spare parts division , part of a well-established European group specialising in commercial and industrial door solutions. This is a senior leadership role that will shape and drive the national sales strategy, deliver revenue and profit growth, and build strong long-term partnerships across the construction and industrial sectors. You’ll work closely with both UK and European sales leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of goals, effective resource sharing, and excellent customer outcomes.Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive UK sales strategy for the industrial divisionDrive business growth by identifying new opportunities with end clients, specifiers, contractors, and trade partnersBuild and manage a high-performing sales team focused on pipeline development and margin improvementLead pricing, negotiation, and value-based selling to drive profitabilityCollaborate across UK and European business units to align on strategy, leverage cross-selling, and share market intelligenceEnsure accurate sales forecasting, CRM usage, and performance reportingStrengthen customer relationships through site visits, project support, and exceptional service deliveryRepresent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and trade showsQualifications

Proven senior sales leadership experience in the

industrial door sector

or a

related building products industryStrong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationshipsDeep knowledge of UK construction markets, sales cycles, and project-based sellingExcellent leadership and team development skillsStrong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-makingProficient in using CRM tools and leading adoption across teamsExperience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and group stakeholdersExperience within a European or multinational organisationExisting network of industry contacts in the UK construction or industrial doors marketWhat’s on Offer
