The Role:As a Production Supervisor, you''ll lead a dynamic team at a market leading processing plant, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for managing and developing a skilled team of operators, optimising production performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive continuous improvement in a critical manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Health and Safety Leadership: Ensure the implementation of safe working practices and that all staff adhere to safety policies, conducting daily pre-shift safety toolbox talks.Team Management: Manage and develop a team of operators, fostering a culture of excellence in manufacturing and performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to
