We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner to take ownership of the Salesforce CRM platform on a 12 month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage the CRM strategy, roadmap, and implementation, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximise business impact. You will report to the interim CTO, and liaise closely with the CMO and other senior stakeholders.This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic, and technically capable professional with a proven track record in Salesforce management, data integration, and digital transformation within fast-paced, commercially-driven environments.Key Responsibilities
Own the Salesforce product roadmap and oversee the full lifecycle of platform enhancements, configuration, and integrations.Lead the management and optimisation of the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.Oversee integration and alignment of Salesforce with HubSpot, Einstein Analytics, and MuleSoft.Drive CRM adoption across the organisation, acting as the subject matter expert and champion for best practices.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise development, and deliver actionable solutions.Manage external vendors or development resources where necessary, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.Ensure data integrity, scalability, and alignment of Salesforce workflows with business processes.Deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.Maintain hands-on involvement in the platform while providing strategic guidance to teams across the business.Required Experience and Skills
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce management, ideally as a Product Owner or Senior Consultant.Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, including implementations, customisation, and optimisation.Experience with HubSpot, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft, and other relevant CRM integrations.Proven track record in leading multiple teams or managing cross-functional projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in both strategic and hands-on capacities.Experience in B2B environments, ideally within the events, media, or fast-paced commercial sectors.Familiarity with digital transformation and data-driven decision-making processes.Previous experience as a Head of CRM, Digital, or Product is beneficial but not essential.Experience in global, multi-office organisations and handling complex integrations.What’s on Offer
