This role is integral to meeting daily production targets and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Salary: 14.43phrHours: 1:30pm - 12:00am Monday - ThursdayLocation: Northampton (NN4) Key Responsibilities:Carry out batch processing activities, including the accurate weighing, dispensing, and mixing of chemicals using appropriate equipment and methods.Adhere strictly to approved manufacturing procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Assist in off-loading tankers, including hazardous and flammable substances.Participate in routine stock takes and maintain stock control records.Uphold high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the production area.Operate in line with all company policies, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) statutory requirements.Conduct daily audits, including tank level readings.Perform in-process quality checks and batch testing to ensure product integrity.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve quality-related issues and escalate findings to the Head of Production.Accurately document all batch mixing activities and perform quality inspections.Maintain inventory records and input data into the stock co
