Site Manager Refurb and Remodelling Works Bromley Weekly Pay Flexible Hours £1M Project Value We''re recruiting two Site Managers to support upgrade and refurbishment works at a Bromley based educational site. Both roles are short-term, sub-contract opportunities ideal for experienced freelance Site Managers. Role 1 Immediate Start through to December 2025 Lead a £1M refurbishment project including WC cubicle upgrades, classroom refits, and internal remodelling across ground and first floors. You''ll assist in overseeing trades, managing health and safety, and keeping the programme on track. Role 2 Holiday Cover 14th July 5th August (poss. 1 week either side) Step in for our clients Site Manager during annual leave. Approx. 5 6 weeks covering day-to-day operations and liaising with contractors on ongoing works.
