You will play a key role in ensuring service levels are consistently met, FCA regulations are adhered to, and all work is delivered to the highest standards.As Team Leader, you will also take responsibility for the training and development of the team, providing ongoing support, conducting regular performance and development reviews, and acting as a strong line manager.
