Lead a team of backend engineers focused on AI and ML infrastructureWork with researchers to turn AI model prototypes into real productsBuild systems that run our AI models quickly, reliably, and at scaleMake decisions about how to design and build these systemsHelp your team grow by mentoring and supporting themMake sure our systems work well for both developers and usersWhat We’re Looking For

6+ years of backend development experience1–3 years managing engineers or leading technical projectsExperience building and scaling backend or platform systemsStrong skills in cloud services, APIs, and system monitoringA track record of leading technical projects from start to finishGreat communication and teamwork skillsSome experience or interest in AI model serving or GPU infrastructure is a plusA degree in Computer Science or similar is helpfulWhy Join Us?
