Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using pre-prepared work left by the teacher

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide brief feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress or incidents

• Support students with staying on task and meeting lesson objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring)

• Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills

• Calm, professional, and flexible approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A desire to support student learning and development

• A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
