Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

A growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for building high-quality homes is looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager to support a new traditional build housing development that has recently started near Reigate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a supportive team and gain exposure to the full build process on a well-run site.

Working closely with an experienced Site Manager, you''ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to keep the site organised, safe, and progressing in line with the programme.

The Role

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
• Helping to ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
• Carrying out regular quality checks to ensure homes are built to a high standard
• Assisting with site organisation, materials and deliveries
• Helping keep the build on programme and progressing smoothly
• Supporting with plot completions and handovers

What they''re looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager within residential housebuilding
• Experience working on traditional build housing developments
• Someone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with trades on site
• A good understanding of site health & safety
• Relevant tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid would be beneficial
