Questech Recruitment are currently supporting our client who is looking for an experienced Bandsaw Operative / Saw Machine Operative to join them on an ongoing temporary basis (there is a chance that this will go permanent, however not guaranteed at present). This job is to work at a successful manufacturer, operating a machine as part of the manufacturing process of their products. Please only apply if: You have several years experience of operating a Bandsaw Machine (in any industry). You have a keen eye for detail, and a consistent approach to work. You are very aware of health and safety policies within a manufacturing environment. You can start ASAP. Ideally you drive and have your own transport, or live close to Morley. If you have the correct machine experience you will be contacted. 14.72 per hour + Overtime (time and a half during the week and Saturdays over 40 hours worked, also Sunday at double time) Hours of work: Weekly rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 2.00pm / 2.00pm - 10.00pm (breaks are paid 2 x 15 minute breaks) This role would suit anyone who has operated a Bandsaw Machine in any industry, whether it be wood, metal, plastic, foods (e.g. Butcher / Fishmonger), insulation, other materials.
