As Head of Operations, you will lead the delivery of high-quality service from Brits underwriting support services across all underwriting channels, including delegated, open market, and inwards reinsurance. You will ensure that service delivery aligns with business needs and consistently achieves positive outcomes.You will also drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and control environments within all underwriting operations lines, including Delegated, Open Market/Treaty, Internal Broker, and Credit Control. Our offices are located in the Leadenhall Building on Leadenhall Street (EC3V 4AB), on floors 1718 and 39. All floors are accessible by lift, with building staff available to assist.The closest bus stop is St Mary Axe (Stop LR or Z), just outside the building.
