Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break).Development and day to day management of Project Managers.Ensuring all projects are dealt with in a timely manner, management of inbox and delegation of projects.Contacting freelance linguists in our network in order to allocate projects.Working with clients to resolve quality issues.Working alongside sales, ensuring high levels of client service.Working on multiple projects at the same time, coordinating delivery dates and times, and agreeing completion times with freelance linguists.Who are we looking for

Degree level education, or 3+ years of experience in an administration-based role.Expert user of the Microsoft Office pack, particularly with using Word and Excel.Prior experience in the language services industry.Why should you join Global Voices?
