Sales Administrator OA are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global food business, gaining exposure across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning. You ll play a key role in day-to-day operations while collaborating with international colleagues in the US, China, and beyond.Location: Waltham Abbey Hours: Part time. Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm or 9:30am-2:30pm. Salary: £28,000 pro-rated.Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing annually up to 25 daysOnsite parkingPension schemeTeam socials Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the International Sales TeamProcess sales and purchase orders, liaising with customers and suppliers as requiredPrepare and manage credit and debit notes accuratelyMonitor and manage inventory, including reporting and stock updatesCollaborate with Shipping, Accounts, and Planning teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date informationCoordinate travel arrangements for team members through approved travel partnersOrganise meetings, including virtual sessions (e.g., Microsoft Teams)Maintain and update team diaries and schedulesManage company expense accounts and ensure timely reconciliationMaintain accurate records of orders, data, and spreadsheetsAct as a key liaison between International Sales and internal departments such as Finance and LogisticsCommunicate with international offices (e.g., US, China) to provide administrat
