Production Engineer £45,000 to £50,000 Excellent Benefits Location: UxbridgeWe re looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team in Uxbridge. You ll be the vital link between design and production turning innovative concepts into high-quality, build-ready products.Working closely with design, operations, and supply chain, you ll develop robust manufacturing processes, guide new products into production, and continuously improve build methods, tooling, and flow.What you ll do:Translate design intent into clear, efficient manufacturing instructionsLead the transition of new products from engineering to operationsDesign and implement tooling, jigs, and process controlsSupport cost analysis, DFM/DFA reviews, and yield improvementsDrive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiativesWhat you ll bring:HNC/Degree in Production, Manufacturing, or Mechanical EngineeringStrong CAD and MRP experience (NX, Teamcenter, Oracle JDE or similar)Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly, PCBs, wiring, and precision componentsA proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborative approachRight to work in the UK and ability to obtain Security ClearanceWhy join us?
