As a Payroll Administrator (also known internally as a Payroll Officer or Payroll Coordinator), you''ll be a key part of the team ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, every time.This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys detail, structure and working to deadlines in a high volume payroll environment.What you''ll be doingIn this Payroll Executive role, you''ll be responsible for the day to day administration of multiple payrolls. You will:Input starter details and process leavers accuratelyProduce statutory documents such as P45s and P60sCarry out right to work checksProcess weekly payrolls for a large employee populationPrepare payroll journals and reconcile wages accountsHandle payroll calculations including maternity, paternity, sickness and pensionsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, including RTI submissionsLiaise with HMRC when requiredPrepare and upload auto-enrolment pension reports using ExcelCheck and amend timesheets where necessaryCreate and analyse payroll and timesheet reportsWork closely with Finance to resolve payroll related queriesRespond to payroll queries via phone and email in a professional mannerSupport the wider payroll operation with general admin tasksWhat you will bringAs a Payroll Assistant or Payroll Administrator, you''ll bring:Previous experience
