Multi-skiled Static Engineer - Large commercial offices in ManchesterMain duties and responsibilities: Facilities Maintenance including but not exclusive to:- Emergency lighting. L8 Water Monitoring. AHU Servicing and Maintenance. Fan Coil Service and Maintenance. Pump Servicing. Minor Electrical Works. Basic Plumbing inc taps, Syphons, Flush Valves, Waste pipework. BMES interrogations inc Control Panels. Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20. Complete electronic and paper records of all tasks carried out and filed in the site log books. Carry out housekeeping of all plant areas.
