You will work closely with both the class teacher and individual students to ensure they can access the curriculum, engage with learning, and develop their social and emotional skills.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs. Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons and activities to meet individual learning requirements. Help students develop positive relationships with peers and staff, and support their social and emotional development. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support strategies
