This role will work as part of a small hands on and professional maintenance team positioned within one of Londons most exclusive luxury establishments, located close to Green Park tube station.The responsibilities and requirements of the role of Maintenance Engineer

are:To ensure equipment within the premises are functioning fully without faults or issuesCarry out daily checks on all plant and equipment, identifying any faults and repairing or taking necessary action.Supervising and overseeing of all Sub-contractors that enter the premises who are carrying out planned or necessary workDemonstrate excellent multi trade maintenance skillsExtremely strong communication skills with proficient written and verbal EnglishAbility to work solo and part of a team, whilst making important decisions and prioritising workload.Great

communication skills and being approachable, friendly, enthusiastic, willing to help others and be well presented at all times

essentially Have a "Can Do" attitude!Requirement to be on 24hr Call Out, including weekends on a rota basisMust be able and willing to work overtime when asked on short noticeThe experience and qualifications required as

Maintenance Engineer are:Significant experience in a similar position is essential.Experience of working in a large or multi-site hotel would be advantageousGood Knowledge in the following areas; Trend BMS, AHUs, HVACS, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Calorifiers and Boilers and all aspects of Electricals to the latest regulations.A full UK Driving Licence would be preferable but not essential.The
