Audit Manager, Leatherhead with Hybrid working - to £75,000 Our client, a highly respected accountancy firm, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audits for a diverse portfolio. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you ll ensure exceptional client service while managing all aspects of audit delivery, compliance, and strategic financial support. What you ll do: Build strong relationships with business owners and directors Oversee audits, risk assessments, and financial statement preparation Manage one-off projects such as due diligence, investigations, and valuations Drive quality control and process improvements Lead and mentor junior team members Support business development and proposals What you ll bring: Strong technical skills in UK GAAP, FRS 102 and IFRS (US GAAP a plus) Solid audit and accounts preparation experience Commercial acumen with a pragmatic, hands-on approach Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Team-focused mindset with a can-do attitude This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm where you can make a tangible impact on clients and shape the success of your team.
