Our well established team includes 2 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, HCA, Paramedic, First Contact Physios, Pharmacists and Social Prescribers.Person Specification
Experience
Experience of working in a GP PracticeQualifications
Fully qualified GP eligible to work in NHS General PracticeMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRegistered on the General Practitioner Register under Article 10 of the General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003Registered on the National Performers ListNot subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) reportEvidence of commitment to ongoing personal and professional developmentExperience working in general practice or primary careExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to listen actively and empatheticallyStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to work under pressure and handle criticism constructivelyExperience with clinical IT systems (e.g., EMIS)Accurate and thorough record keepingPostgraduate qualifications in areas such as:Diabetes careWomen\''s healthMental healthPalliative careTeaching or mentoring qualifications for GPs involved in training registrars or medical studentsUnderstanding of the needs of vulnerable patient groupsExperience working to achieve Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) standardsDisclosure and Barring Service Check
