This organisation is now looking for an experienced finance professional to work with their established finance team as a Finance Business Partner and drive commercial growth.Your new role This role will primarily be focused on being the liaison between finance and the business operations. You will work as part of the wider FPandA team and be a crucial part in the development of commercial outcomes. Specifically, this will include:Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecastsChallenging operational efficiencies and working with business unit leaders to influence financial outcomesUtilise and analyse data to drive informed decision-makingWork with various business units to suit individual needsRe-forecasting monthly financials and working with non-finance staff to establish best practiceThis is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis from the Diss office.What you''ll need to succeed You will ideally be a qualified accountant but must have strong commercial finance exposure.
