The Role:
Youandrsquo;ll deliver tailored, creative lessons to meet diverse learning needs in a nurturing, supportive environment that prioritises pupil and staff wellbeing. Collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families will be central to your work.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils
andbull; Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
andbull; Monitor pupil progress and adjust strategies as needed
andbull; Work closely with the SEN team, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate:
£ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
£ Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
£ Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
£ Strong communication and teamwork skills
