SF Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with a progressive, growing business who are looking to expand their team. Are you an organised, people-focused HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support their expanding business. Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (site based role) Salary: £28.000 - £30,000 per annum. What You''ll Be Doing - Maintaining and updating employee records with speed and accuracy. - Preparing and managing HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding packs. - Coordinating the full onboarding journey for new starters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. - Processing employee changes such as promotions, leavers, and contract amendments. - Supporting payroll by ensuring all employee data is up to date and correct. - Assisting with benefits administration and responding to related queries. - Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR policy questions. What We''re Looking For - Previous experience in an HR administration role. - Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. - A confidential, discreet approach when handling sensitive information. - Comfortable working with HR systems and databases (experience with Cezanne is a bonus but not essential). - Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with employees at all levels.
