Scantec Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic FMCG Manufacturer based in Harlow, to assist them in recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join their Engineering team on the night shift. Role Purpose: To provide Engineering resource in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and reduce quality issues. To strive towards Continuous improvement of machinery equipment and ways of working in line with the business strategy. Mechanical or Electrical Bias considered! Similar food or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential. Ideally you will have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing or distribution environment of some kind - all experience considered as full machine and product training given, along with an in-depth on-boarding programme.
