This is a key leadership role overseeing multiple sites and a team of approximately 10 staff. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee contract delivery across multiple sites in the western regionLead and manage a team of site managers, supervisors, and support staffEnsure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersMonitor KPIs, compliance, and health and safety standardsSupport tendering, resource planning, and operational strategyRequirementsProven experience in contracts management within social housing or property maintenanceStrong leadership and multi-site management skillsExcellent planning, organisational, and client-facing abilitiesComfortable managing high-volume workloads across large geographic areasFull UK driving licence (essential)
