You will be the face of the organisation, responsible for managing relationships and providing extraordinary hospitality while supporting the management team across three sites.Key Responsibilities:Membership Engagement and Retention:Serve as the primary contact for tenants/members, ensuring a seamless experience.Welcome new members and foster relationships to resolve any issues promptly.Lead building tours for VIPs and actively work on tenant/member satisfaction.Events and Engagement:Plan and host engaging events that celebrate community milestones and foster connections.Drive member engagement through creative initiatives and consistent
