This role is pivotal in the company, being the main point of contact for all administrative tasks within the service department of our client.

Duties will include:-

  • Providing strong customer service skills, answering the phones and liaising with customers
  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Sending, chasing and closing quotations
  • Booking site visits for engineers to attend
  • Sending customer service sheets through

Candidates will need to be confident when answering the phones, building up relationships with customers. You will the main point of contact between engineers, customers and other departments in company.
