Service Delivery Manager Leeds (x2-3 days remote-working per week) c£50,000 to £55,000 per year Plus excellent company benefits and incentives The Opportunity: Our industry-respected client is currently looking to attract a Service Delivery/IT Operations Manager for their Leeds based IT team. You will have an excellent understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks, having operated across Incident, Problem, Change and Release management. The successful candidates will be playing a leading role within the organisation, ensuring consistent delivery across infrastructure, applications and end-user support focused on outstanding customer service at all times. Skills and Experience: Strong experience working in a Service Delivery or Problem/Incident Manager role In-depth understanding and certifications in service management methodologies (ITIL V4, ServiceNow) Experience with change management planning and documentation A deep understanding of escalation actions, processes and reporting Extensive exposure to release and deployment management processes Ability to manage senior level stakeholders and end-clients Role and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day IT service operations, ensuring consistent delivery across infrastructure, applications and end-user support Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative measures Collaborate with Programme Delivery and Change teams to ensure smooth transitions
