Supply Desk is actively seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to work five days per week in a school located in Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire). This role involves fostering a strong enthusiasm for learning among students while creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Implement effective differentiation strategies to cater to the diverse needs of all learners
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
- Assess and track student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback to encourage growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold the schoolandrsquo;s ethos
The ideal candidate will:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum effectively
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting every childandrsquo;s success and wellbeing
