Key Responsibilities: PPA Cover: Deliver pre-planned lessons across all year groups, ensuring smooth and consistent teaching in the class teacher''s absence. Engaging Delivery: Bring lessons to life with enthusiasm and strong classroom presence, maintaining pupil engagement across a range of ages and abilities. Behaviour Management: Use effective, positive behaviour strategies to create a calm and productive learning environment in each classroom you support. Adaptability: Confidently move between classes and key stages, quickly building rapport with pupils and supporting a broad range of learning needs. Assessment and Feedback: Provide brief, accurate feedback to class teachers on how lessons went, noting any key achievements or concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with staff across the school to ensure consistency and a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
