Define and manage project scope, develop project charter and plan deliverables, times, cost and resourcesManage, monitor and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communications are provided to Management and Executive LeadershipEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM TeamIdentify issues/risks, analyse options and manage impacts to mitigate project delays and take appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from key stakeholders and/or management as requiredManaging changes to the project scope, budget, and scheduleEstablishing effective project communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting to stakeholdersCollaborate with business stakeholders, but also IT finding the right solutions and ensuring their end-to-end implementationPerforming risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impactsGuaranteeing the adherence to the project management standard of Munich ReCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationKnowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experienceMultiple years of relevant work experienceExperience in IT related project management, ideally in the IAM or IT Security domainsKnowledge of IAM and related systems and technologiesExceptional leadership, communication, structuring and facilitation skillsExcellent organization and time management skills and ability to apply IT risk and security considerationsDemonstrated ability to work globally across entities and culturesIf you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
