An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a PE backed SME services business based in Fareham, Hampshire, as their Head of FPandA in a highly visible financial leadership role. As the Head of FPandA, you will be responsible for partnering with the key business functions to deliver growth and strategic KPIs. You will work alongside commercial, strategic and operational functions to understand the link between financial and operational performance, provide insightful analysis, and work together on business planning and navigation to strategic success. What will the Head of FPandA role involve? Drive the financial performance and strategic growth of the company by providing expert financial leadership and commercial insight.Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.Partner with core business function leads across operations and commercial to provide financial advice, support and financial acumen to decisions and plans.Produce financial models to support the evaluation of growth opportunities and scenario planning, and build pricing and margin models to be used in deal modelling and planning scenarios. Suitable candidate for the Head of FPandA vacancy: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a pedigree in FPandA, commercial finance and business partnering.Excellent Excel skills including financial modelling and investment appraisal.A strong
