We have a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months in our Corporate Driver team based in Slough.

Purpose of role

Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customersManage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolutionDeliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contactsKey Responsibilities

Deal with incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts or Franchisee partnersResolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for any which are passed to other teams for resolutionProvide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaintsDeliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAsUtilise all tools and systems provided by LeasePlan and its suppliersBuild rapport and confidence within our customer baseSkills, Experience and Background

Educated to A-level standard or equivalentExcellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customersGood command written English to enable email communication with customersCustomer facing experienceAbility to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephoneStrong work ethicAbility to show empathy and support to customersResilienceWhy Ayvens?
