Head of Brand Marketing . This is a

full-time ,

role based in

The brand is synonymous with craftsmanship, quality, and aspiration — and now seeks a visionary marketing leader to help shape the next chapter of growth.As Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and a talented in-house team, you’ll deliver campaigns that not only capture the essence of luxury but also drive measurable commercial outcomes. With a London-based team reporting into you, this role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

What you’ll do

Develop and deliver a best-in-class brand strategy, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in luxury wine and spirits.

Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.

Oversee distinctive brand campaigns, activations, and partnerships that resonate with high-value consumer audiences.

Drive innovation across NPD and new consumer engagement formats, ensuring luxury positioning is never compromised.

Translate brand storytelling into commercial impact, aligning with sales and distribution priorities.

Use consumer insights, competitor analysis, and market trends to maintain a sharp competitive edge.

What we’re looking for

Proven track record in senior brand marketing roles within premium or luxury consumer categories (wine and spirits, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods).

Demonstrated experience in both brand management and NPD/innovation.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to elevate teams and engage at all levels of the business.

Creative yet commercially astute, balancing storytelling with results.

Confident, collaborative, and inspiring, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

London-based, with office presence four to five days a week.

Salary up to

£130k
