Events & Fundraising Co-ordinator

The charity is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Events & Fundraising Co-ordinator to join their small, friendly, and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful events, engaging supporters, and helping raise vital funds for a cause that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of major fundraising events, including walks, quizzes, and third-party challenges.
• Managing event sign-ups and supporter data using Salesforce (training provided).
• Drafting event communications and producing promotional materials.
• Attending and supervising events across London and the South East.
• Maintaining and updating event pages on WordPress and boosting visibility via social media.
• Processing event income and generating reports and dashboards.
• Assisting with volunteer recruitment and coordination.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with charity regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in event coordination and supporter engagement.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during busy event periods.

Desirable Extras:

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Form Assembly, Canva, InDesign, and WordPress.
