Lead and grow the Birmingham Building Consultancy team, taking responsibility for recruitment, mentorship, and overall team performance, whilst fostering strong working relationships with colleagues in other offices. Drive business development for the Building Consultancy service in the Midlands, actively expanding the client base at local and regional levels and promoting the company''s various service lines.
