Paying up to 30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities for the Production Team Leader: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operatives on the assembly line.Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.Coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the production area.Conduct training and support the development of team members.Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and optimise efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and productivity.Updating the production list regularly for work orders and work stages.
