The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive the support and encouragement they need to thrive. Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals, you will provide both one-to-one and group support, helping to create a classroom where every student feels included and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small group support for students with SEN
- Implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour plans
- Assist with the delivery of differentiated lessons and classroom activities
- Help develop independence and confidence in pupils
- Monitor and report on student progress in collaboration with teaching staff and parents
- Adapt resources and use assistive technologies to meet student needs
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech/language needs)
- Understanding of inclusive education practices
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to pupil well-being
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)
