This well-established company manufacture a full range of products for the industrial and manufacturing industry. This year is set to be an exciting time for the company as they are actively looking to invest into and develop their own products, manufacturing process and engineering staff.

In this role you will be responsible to work alongside multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure improvement and development projects are planned, implemented and seen through to completion. The successful candidate will report into Senior Management and have the opportunity to develop and progress their role in the longer term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of an expanding company and play a key part to the future growth pals of the site.

The Role:
*Project Manager
*Progression up to Programme Manager
*The management of product research, development and improvement projects
*Working alongside multiple departments, including Design, Quality, Sales, Testing, Maintenance, Production, Operations and more.
*Overseeing multiple projects at one single time (20-30)
*Office based, Monday to Friday

The Person
*Project Manager/ Programme Manager/ Project Engineer or similar backgrounds all considered
*Project management experience in production / manufacturing
*Relevant industry knowledge - Mechanical Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Assembly, Production, Electrical, Fabrication, or similar all considered
*Proven experience of capable resource management across multiple stakeholders
*Holding project management qualifications for example, APM (Association for Project Management) or PLM or Agile Project Management
