Provide therapy in schools and special settings. Work with a team to support inclusive education for children with special needs. Prepare reports for assessments and defend them in tribunals if needed. Offer advice and training to school staff and colleagues. Keep detailed records of all therapy sessions and interventions. Liaise with other professionals and agencies to achieve goals. Stay updated with new developments in speech and language therapy. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Person Specifications Must Have Qualified Therapist status. HCPC registration. Membership in the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Experience in a multi-professional environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good IT skills. Understanding of safeguarding and equal opportunities.
