Collaborating closely with the senior management team, the role aims to enhance shareholder value and foster team development through strategic use of technology and digital tools.Executing CPRIs digital strategy in alignment with strategic goals and business plansManaging budgets and allocating resources effectively to meet performance targetsWorking collaboratively with multiple CPRI sub-teams to deliver digital initiativesDrive the commercial strategy and development of CPRIs technologyPromote broker adoption for digital solutions across CPRI and act as key contact for all brokersBe conduit and stakeholder for Tepfin X (CPRIs digital trading platform), working closely with the development teamSourcing new technology opportunities which enhance CPRIs clients experience and help CPRI to win new businessManage relationships with clients own technology teams and align our offering with their needsSupport RFI/RFP situations, acting as a spokesperson for our technology offeringGuide the management team in understanding and assessing technology opportunities.Work with CPRI to plan the most appropriate technology solutions for the clients demands and needsOversee data collection initiatives to support analytics and reportingSupport broking teams in providing efficient digital solutions to their clientsDrive business growth, maximise shareholder value and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworksMeet agreed target technology budgetManages assigned projects and contributes to other projectsProvide management insight and contribute to business planningNegotiate with insurers to provide the best balance of quality, service and priceFamiliarity with data and emerging technologies in insuranceStrong grasp of PandL dynamics and business performance leversStrategic mindset with the ability to drive transformation and innovationGCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)Additional relevant certifications or degrees in business, technology, or insurance are advantageousAt Howden, we value diversity there is no one Howden type.
