Project Manager - Signage
Project Manager / Project Lead As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of signage projects from initial enquiry and concept development through to production and installation. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, defining project goals, and ensuring deadlines are met. Manage large-scale contracts to ensure all objectives are clearly defined and delivered on time. Handle and lead sourced tender construction enquiries from submission through to project completion. Conduct detailed site surveys, ensuring all measurements, technical information, and supporting photographs are accurately recorded and uploaded. Review and oversee quotations prepared by the Estimator before sending them to your clients. Follow up on quotations weekly via telephone to build client relationships and update sales notes within Clarity. Participate in regular office sales meetings to review sales updates, potential turnover, and project delivery timelines. Monitor and track project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with financial targets. Ensure all project deliverables meet company quality standards.
