Key Duties of an Injection Moulding Technician:Install and set up new injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipmentPrepare, set, and run jobs in line with documented processes, quality standards, and target cycle timesTroubleshoot and resolve processing issues to ensure optimal machine performanceConduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify product compliance with specificationsPerform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of machinesContinuously seek to improve work processes and personal performanceTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will:Have experience and a strong interest in Injection Moulding, having worked as a Setter, Technician, or Process EngineerEnjoy solving processing and production challengesPossess a solid understanding of injection moulding machinery and polymersDemon
