We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant who will handle both FandB and Reception duties to join the Loveday team. The purpose of this role is to provide first class service to our members, their families, guests and all visitors to our Loveday care homes and to achieve this by learning, adopting and maintaining the Loveday Way of delivering outstanding levels of service in hospitality in both Front Of house and Food and Beverage operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality you will be required to work in a dual role, to include FandB service delivery and on reception in the capacity as a host, to meet and greet our members and guest, assisting and directing them with the purpose of their visit. The main requirement in this role is to provide seamless FandB Service to all our members and guests.Main Duties And Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests on arrival in a warm and friendly mannerSupport the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday dining experiencesPrepare mise-en-place and make sure all cutlery, plates and glassware are polishedSet up tables according to the Loveday and Co Dining StandardsFollow the service steps for each meal serviceTo serve members and guests beverages and refreshments as and when required in all day dining areaEnsure that all fridges and snack areas are always fully stockedRecognise regular visitors and interact warmly with familiesMaintain stock levels of consumables with support from the Hospitality LeadCheck cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms; liaise with housekeeping to keep areas immaculateRespond to queries and direct clients as required, referring to the general manager as necessaryAnswer incoming calls and redirect or take messages as necessaryReceive deliveries and post and sort and distribute all post deliveriesMonitor guests/clients via CCTV and door entry systems to ensure access controlKeep reception area tidy and clutter-freeAdhere to all Health and Safety proceduresProvide ad hoc support as required by the businessRemuneration, Perks And Benefits
