Key Responsibilities:*Supporting the Club Manager in day-to-day operations across catering, bar service and administration*Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to club members (with occasional kitchen duties including sandwiches and light meals)*Leading by example in the bar area, ensuring excellent service and stock control*Assisting with event preparation and general club administration*Acting as a reliable second-in-command in the manager''s absence
