Synchronicity is proud to be working alongside a leading, global advisory and insurance solutions business who are seeking an experienced PMI Account Manager to join its growing Employee Benefits division.This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and increasing client demand, offering the chance to join a highly regarded corporate benefits team supporting a diverse portfolio of UK clients.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) experience who enjoys client relationship management, scheme analysis, and delivering high-quality service within a consultative environment.You will take ownership of day-to-day client servicing across a portfolio of PMI schemes, acting as a key contact for corporate clients while supporting consultants in delivering strategic advice and renewal solutions.Responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of corporate PMI clients and acting as the primary day-to-day contactLiaising with insurers, healthcare providers and underwriting teams to gather and analyse scheme informationManaging annual renewals, including market reviews, premium negotiations and benefit changesProducing renewal reports, insurer comparisons and policy summariesSupporting onboarding of new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of schemesHandling client queries relating to eligibility, claims, underwriting and mid-term adjustmentsAttending client meetings, insurer discussions and renewal presentations where requiredIdentif
