Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant Job Description We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our legal team within a boutique firm. This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate is expected to work full-time hours.Job Duties: Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to property transactionsConduct research on property titles and land registryCommunicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing processHandle administrative tasks to support the conveyancing teamEnsure compliance with legal regulations and procedures Required Qualifications: Previous experience working in a conveyancing roleKnowledge of conveyancing procedures and property lawExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment Education: A relevant legal qualification or equivalent experienceExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a conveyancing roleKnowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx)Experience using case management software Working Conditions: The role is based in a legal office environment.
