London Markets | Hybrid An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Data Analyst to support a major Workday HCM and Finance implementation and transformation within a leading organisation in the insurance sector. This role will play a key part in building a new cloud-based data warehouse and delivering high-value reporting and insights. Key Responsibilities: Gather and own data requirements for HCM and Finance reporting. Data mapping, map source to target, and ensure integrity. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Support Workday module configuration and optimisation. Collaborate with IT to identify and document integration points with Workday with other systems. Ensure compliance, data governance, and accuracy. Support implementation testing, rollout, and user adoption. Skills andamp; Experience: Proven experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules. Strong data analysis and SQL skills. Experience with Power BI/Tableau and data modelling. Familiarity with Workday Studio/EIB for integrations. Insurance or financial services background preferred. Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Ideal for candidates who enjoy turning data into meaningful insights in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment.
